Mark established the management consulting agency Milliarium Consulting, the fashion company White Palm and the performance company Murten Productions.

Mark was appointed as Head of Communications of the winter sports association Swiss-Ski and as Co-Director of the public relations agency by the way communications.

Mark served on the boards of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce (San Francisco Chapter) and the Swiss Association for Public Relations (Bern Chapter).
